@Warrior536 Fact: Shine does more damage and will ALWAYS have a higher dodge rate than Gilliam. RHB is available at 110 Will and costs a mere 25 EN. Fairlion gets DOUBLE IMAGE and Jammer on top of basically the highest mobility stat and a SMALL modifier. Now factor in Precognition and a friendship bonus from Lat assuming you're spamming RHB. Her C water doesn't even matter because her mech is a flier.

My problem with Shine was more leaning towards accuracy and damage really. Fixed by unlocking weapons like the Boosted Hammer/G-Impact Stake and spamming RHB like no tomorrow - RHB's EN cost is less than the strongest non combination attack they have, Sonic Booster or whatever it was. Kill grunts with it, kill bosses with it, kill whatever with it RHB all the way. Was there ever such a cheap combination attack?

@Roflelf Vysaga's armor is a non-issue because it will never be hit. Dodgy mecha + dodgy Pilot + Focus + Bunshin will make even final bosses miss every time.

@Warrior536 Late game enemies hit so hard that relying on hp and armor is suicide. Just try putting Sanger against a group of grunts and see how long he lasts, then try putting Gilliam against a group of grunts. Despite her stats, Shine in a Fairlion gets higher evade rates than Ibis even without double image. Try crunching some numbers before talking. I remember Ouka having a 20% hitrate on Latooni with just focus. All in all, I'm not saying Shine is a good pilot; I am just stating the facts.
