Rajamouli sir and ur team congrats.... you people have really taken Indian film to Hollywood level. It is better than some so called Hollywood blockbusters. Iam not exaggerating this film will get Oscars if there is no prejudice.

We do not need Oscars. Oscars are for Hollywood movies only. There is one small side category called Foreign Films. We do not need that side category Oscar award. We are very impressed with huge massive response from India and the world itself

Sir this is headweight except one or two movies the movies which has got Oscars are mind blowing E.G Benhur, Titanic, Gladiator etc Just I mentioned the big budget movies. So don't get carried away by just taking only one movie equal to Oscar You have to be humble in accepting the fact that Oscar is the ultimate award ceremony in films.

Sir whenever we reach heights we have to be humble. You have to learn from the genius A.R.Rehman. He has achieved much in his young age but how humble he is.Bahuballi is a great movie I agree but some CG works were too childish it is not up to Hollywood standards. So, don't devalue things which are really most valuable.

I respectfully disagree with you. Although Oscars have certain quality, they are also awarded to politically correct movies. Oscars are mainly dominated by british and they are always awarded to british over other equally good American movies. When it comes to International category, if India is portrayed negatively or any non-western movies where their country is portrayed negatively, then those movies will get award. This has been a common theme since 1960's. Even a mainstream movie like Slum Dog was harsh, but got Oscar because portray India's poverty and communal violence and made by british guy. We Indians are good at clapping at our own stupidity by watching movies that portray Indians in a humiliating manner and majority of those movies were made by British. Once again, we do not need certificate from any foreign film association. Baahubali is an Indian movie par excellence. This movie may and will probably get a maximum audience from all over the world. But we need not crave to receive some Oscar or Cannes or any foreign award. Indian people's appreciation is good enough. If we get Oscar or any other award, I will be happy. If we do not get such award, I am not disappointed.

Ragavendrarao sir, your argument is absurd. what the director showed in slumdog millionaire is absolutely true. About 90% of population is in poverty line. when they show the real facts u people will get angry. Except few film makers, cricketers and corrupted politicians and big corporate people others don't have tons of black money. Even this film's producer will not pay tax for the huge profit made from this film. He will find ways to hide money in shell companies located in some foreign country. Our rich Indians has hidden about 73 lakhs crores in foreign countries and 20 lakhs crores in our country itself , Total 93 lakhs crores hidden as black money. This is the psychology of the great Indians. sir, Gandhi made by Richard Atturnburg got Oscars. In that movie he portrayed Britishers in bad shape because it is a fact. He portrayed Gandhi correctly as he was. I bet No Indian director can take a quality movie like Gandhi. our directors only depends upon childish gimmicks like Rajamouli. Gandhi came 35 years back Even now Indians can't make a movie like Gandhi. Except Aamir Khan every director depends on masala movies. If u don't have stuff to get Oscars don't blame unnecessarily Britishers and Americans. Don't have inferiority complex.
