@@athath2010 meta in ss13 is anything outside of the client. usually associated with voice chat or teaming. the github repo is not inside the client so technically meta. no one would know robots were being protected by the worst stop-gap measures in the form of millions of HP

so after banning sentience mindswaps and making other small changes to defend their creation, they also changed the bit of code used to designate which area the chef role has CQC in to. to all of service, instead of just the kitchen. Bar, botany, service, custodial, theatre and I would not be surprised if this minute change affect chapel and the lawyer's office as well. Naturally, as an immediate consequence of vastly overextending the area that cook CQC can be used, the chameleon skillchip was deemed too restrictive of a design and promptly removed.
