Hmmmm, today I will refuse to die.
Quite time consuming setup, but if you want to make it even more unstoppable, use RD MODsuit (I used ling armor just for epic look). Invert buffer for nooartrium is 30u hydrogen 35u stableplasma per 20u. Smoke/foam to get more reagents in blood. Because of contant usage of ling's regen, I couldn't save chemicals for other abilities.
Sadly I missed all the radio messages due the bomb.

yea even the simple soul shard stops this gimmick, allot of mining items simple check for crit state. and just ignore anything that stop you from being affected by it, feels like that needs a general overhaul catch all checkmark addition. also could try this with a ai'd modsuit, with different drugs. preferably speed based ones since the mod suit ai also benefits from it. just have it take over if you get downed, so you revive focus with a rescue protocol in place. just make sure it has all access, and try getting the plasma modsuit core instead. so ions don't shut you down as you got easy means to refill the power.

Same thing happened during a PayDay event (dunno which server), where no security turned up, and all civilians were armed, protecting the vault. SS13 player roles need something else to do. There's no real incentive to roleplay a given character, thus boredom gives way to validhunt.

I mean, that's more a game technicality than anything. Science and engineering have things to get done all the time, same with med bay, but it goes down the line of how involved everything is mechanically, which is why janitors, any more that one cargo (usually), and grays are usually where everyone starts their SS13 journey.

I feel like ss13 community created its own set of rules, but not in lore or "capping" settings, but in the gameplay. Every explosive in the game limited only by chemicals you put into it. And its a miracle that you _probably_ cant destroy station in the first minutes of the round. The whole station slowly, it is important, slowly turns into chaos as round goes on. There is no other game like that. 20 years and the game still lives on. This is a sign of truly dedicated community. This is a game that all developers should look up to. Its: Balanced(In its own way lol) Fun Challenging Open for new discoveries and creative solutions Open-source? (for modding) But unfortunatly, many people misses it. Whether it's because of the high threshold of entry, poor graphics or low popularity. I hope ss14 will deal with first two issues, but the last one is pure gambling. P.S. maybe you guys should make a tutorial server or smth.

Poor graphics won't stop people from playing a game, millions play Minecraft. SS13/14 have a high bar for entry because the average person would have very little hope of making it to the bar and drinking a glass of moonshine successfully on their first round. They're more likely to just die or get confused and move on.

Another thing that could spice this up is any drunken resilience quirk. Combining that with ling sting drink means extra chem regen + damage regen + mood. Technically, this would allow for incredibly annoying screeches/emps to constantly dazzle and destroy the crew even more.

This reminds me to the meme chems combo on para. Earthblood Hydrocone Meth Mannitol IVs around 2 boxes with IVs is enough. You couldnt even die, or get stunned to hard. It was soooo broken, you needed some pills to begin the process, and required actual knowledge about ratios you had to mix the chem with mannitol, but outside of that you were fast, unkillable and no matter how much they damaged you, you could still go around full speed.
