also when i made the burner you couldnt purchase mags, you had to buy ammo boxes and then refill the mags from the box. later a PR was made by someone else to add them to the uplink for what i think is a bit too cheap so i may make a PR to increase their cost.

Its because after big structures rebalance airlocks and firelocks had same hp and defence as reinforced walls. After many mad reviews airlocks started have less defence. But he forgot to change firelocks stats

Adding more armor piercing feels like playing with fire. It's such a s strong damage type that you need to be careful with how it gets implemented. A slow firing sniper or a special revolver that only shoots AP rounds is one thing, slapping it on this gun that already shoots pretty fast and accurately could be bad, and the damage would need to be much lower to compensate for the AP factor. Since 30 pure damage while firing this fast is broken, especially if station security doesn't get an equally powerful armor piercing gun. Sure micromanaging ammo types in a firefight can be tricky but smart players will get used to that.

that was a misinput, they dont do AP, they just do slightly more damage. this has been corrected in the ingame changelog but not on the discord.

Another benefit to the burner rifle explosive damage is that it deals limb damage equally across the body, meaning that if someone takes enough damage from you while healing with topicals between shots, eventually their limbs are going to get blown off unless they go through the time consuming process of applying bruise packs to each limb

Goob's telecrystal rate is like 5 to 1 to wizden's. So your 20 TC on a wizden based server is about 100 on a goob. The prices for all syndicate gear are about 5 times higher too, but with some variation to rebalance things to how they like it.

We already have grenade machine guns. Also artillery used to have canister shells, first for direct fire anti personnel and later for anti aircraft use. These were replaced by radar proximity fuses in most cases.
