One thing that you could do for this is put all your robust harvest in one plant and then spread it via restrained sampling, I did this and managed to give the clown slippery wheat of enormous size, which as you can imagine gave me an Oppenheimer moment when I saw an entire squad of sec get slipped all at once

Suggestion if you do this again next time. Get a whole bunch of snap pops and then throw them at the pile of duffels with the tomatoes in them. This will cause all of the tomatoes to break at once (may need a few snap pops) and flood the whole ship.

If you wanna save a little time, you can use a plant bag to pick up all the lube tomato's and then you can right click with the bag onto the duffels and there is a transfer all ability.
