Vegeta has had a real bad case of 'wrong place, wrong time' throughout Z, and sure he has been the cause of a lot of his difficulties. That said, he's always been my favorite, and regardless of the complaints about aspects of Super, I love it for making Vegeta into the character I always imagined he really was.

So this form is basically the ssj2 of blue. I would say that its stronger than ssb with times 20 kaioken but because of the zenkai boost that goku got from the previus fight they were shown as equal. Still i would say that in a fight between the two that vegeta would win because this form doesnt have the drawbacks of kaioken. So without ui i would say that vegeta was stronger than goku at this point.
