Exam should be conducted in all categories of SSB and Asst professor Recruitment in the state , not Just Vivo Voce as OPSC as there is more chances of Corruption and Nepotism in it . Both Written in OMR sheet and Marks Viva Voce should be minimum to 20 marks

I believe that for the position of lecturer or assistant professor, having a postgraduate degree along with NET/JRF qualification, as well as a written exam and viva-voce, should be mandatory. Jadi minimum qualification PG rahe tahale semane fourth year bachelor pilanku research kemiti kareibe.
