I could hear the diver talking underwater. But, for some reason the parts with the OTS rep have no audio.

I watched the video with headphones. Guy talking only comes out on left speaker. probably your left speaker that doesnt work.

I’m not able to access the menu. All I hear is “transmit” when the unit is powered on. PTT button works...
