it looked like u knew rayquaza's moves like the back of your hand. and he did the most damage lol. 5/5 just 1 thing- how did u block tabuu's attack where he spreads wings out and does 3 extremely strong attacks? that gets me k0ed every time even when i attempty to do shield.

You can't get around tripping, if you so much as try to run away from an attack you can get killed. "Jump" instead? No thanks, good luck jumping all the time. Dodge Roll? That can have you trip too. On Intense you have to react near instantly, which you can't do if you just so happen to trip right before you dodge an attack.

I don't mean in general they're cheap, just for Boss Battles. A character with projectiles or multiple extra double jumps has a huge advantage over chars that don't in this mode, that's all.

I have no idea. But as you go farther in the list the bosses become harder. For example, fighting Ray in the first fight will be like 50 times easier than if you fight him in the 9th fight.

Nice work. I beat boss battles on intense with Luigi, but I didn't do it without using any hearts.

Awesome job! Captain Falcon's the best around. Nothing's ever going to keep him down. I beat intense on Charizard, but I had to use all 3 hearts. Rock Smash FTW!

Play the bosses on Intense for bigger chances of trophy drops. Also tack on a sticker on the character you use that adds to trophy drop (only one sticker for trophy drop will count). Other than that, have patience. If you learn the bosses attacks they will become a pushover. So just get their HP down as soon as possible, and then kill time waiting for a Trophy Stand to appear.

Some say that using Luigi is cheap because of the Fire Jump Punch. I beat this on Intense with him, but I relied on aerial attacks instead of the Fire Jump Punch. That takes too long to recover.

in case you didn't already know- to dodge rays lightning, you have to hold shield RIGHT BEFORE ITS ABOUT TO HIT YOU, and let go as soon as it's done. seems hard, but it's quite easy if you don't shield too early

Nice video! As for what one might consider cheap, I like to use donkey kongs ground pound. It practically auto kills bosses on the ground like duon, porky, and gollaem. Just not too good at avoiding damage with it but I can kill tabuu with DK

Holy Crap!!!!! You definetely know Boss Battles, it took me a bunch of tries before finally beating it with Fox, and with Hearts..

i don't think you know this (sorry if you do) but when Tabuu goes giant and shoots eye lazers it only hurts you at the point where it touches the ground. You can touch it as long as you're in the air

In Boss Battles they are, because they can easily jump over attacks that most others cannot. Duon and Porky are perfect examples of how easy it is to take them out of Kirby/MK/Pit/etc. I wouldn't really say Dedede is cheap for this though, as he is god aweful slow.

for the lazer wait till it fires and then jump. alot of people mke the mistake of jumping when its loading up but I jump when it just starts to fire this way makes it easier to avoid the damage.

It's worked for me several times. The lightning attack is lots of small hits, and if you time the shield right then it'll block every hit, it seems.

@wwepatriot1 Look at the time inbetween Master and Crazy Hand's attacks, they ain't that fast on lower difficulties. Also when you start it, it does load like that.

Power Shield the first hit and it buys you a bit of time to outlast the lightning. I'm not saying just pressing the shield button works every time, but I've managed to pull off Power-Shielding on Intense and survived it. I cannot produce video proof, but quite frankly I don't care because I was a little more concerned with beating Boss Battles on Intense at all at the time.

The reason why they added tripping in is to prevent excessive dashing and pivoting. Though i dont like it either, but its never that bad for me

Just to tell you, you can use the ground Sheild to dodge Rayquaza's lightning. It doesn't break it.

Hey Bizkit, I'm thinkin about making a No Damage Intense Boss Battle video. Thing is, Rayquaza's lightning attack often gets in the way of that. Any good way to dodge that attack completely? I dont want to have to rely on TOO much luck when attempting this. lol ;)

...You can't "just dodge" every single attack. Some you do have to run away from, which you'd know if you played this.

I think tripping was put in to try to stop you from constantly smashing the stick...it would almost be bearable except when it happens in boss battles...

Wow awesome! I felt really bad for u when u god hit by Duon, you were doing so good ;-) I do not own this game, but I would guess that for dodging Duon's Missile attack, u need to position yourself at the very edge of the field, and jump as the missile closes in on you. Possibly, jump off the ledge, and use some upwards arial attack for getting a boost back to the ledge. This will make sure the missiles crash into the field. I donæt know wheter or not thats even possible... :P

I think they would be (in the order he gave): Iron Tail, Dragon Pulse, Dig, ---, Extremespeed, Earthquake(?), Thunder.

oh, it's shield down. yeah, i've been trying to practice but i still wasn't getting it right. I've also been trying to capture the bosses in the sse. So far, only Rayquaza. I noticed that it seems like even if I put a sticker to get more trophies on a character, only Metaknight seems to get the trophy drops. And when I do get the trophy drops, it's always like when the boss is at half health, so there's no way it would work. Who do you recommend using for the boss battles?

I believe that it is intense. Look at this Foxfan... CFalcons Dair is a meteor smash. Why shouldn't it do a shit load of damage? CFalcons Knee is some sort of pwnage attack thats it's own catagory. Its uber 1337 and it would be expected to do 1337 damage. Falcon Punch exploded a galaxy. It it extreamly hard to hit a boss with it so why shouldn't it to a lot of damage in trade-off? Those are basically the three moves he used.

I tried Very Hard with Luigi and always kept either getting to Tabuu or lost to Duon or someone else right before him. I'm having to heal every once in a while after a few certain bosses because I sometimes come out of one battle scarred really badly. I need to get used to Captain Falcon someday. BTW this Captain Falcon might be Rick Wheeler since the other one died to save the Universe from Black Shadow. That's why this Captain Falcon (Rick Wheeler) isn't as strong as the first Captain Falcon.

Ya know what, I just died in boss battles intense, on Tabuu. Reason, TRIPPING!!!!!!!!!! God Dang tripping, I was running away from tabuu's duplications, and I tripped, and before and could roll away, one of his duplcations hit me and I got KO'ed. Not cool. Nice job by the way. You're really good.

Duon and Tabuu were both tough fights for me,Duon was just a pain but man tabuu had some cheap 1-hit ko moves. Nice work without the healings.

It doesn't work on Intense mode. The shield WILL break. If you say it doesn't, upload a video so I can see. Either this or different characters have better shields, which I don't think is the case.
