How about those 10 years of jab locking? I think that was pretty slow too, in a way. Down throw is literally slow, but those jab locks were real repetitive and did not damage a lot, even though both were really cool.

Many of them were able to pass on their skills and knowledge, which have long surpassed TAS levels, to a new generation of smashers who have now come to revive the smash scene. They decide to pick up brawl once more and now applying all of their omnipotent tech skill and mindgames, they resurrect brawl from it's ashes and decide to release this trailer for their upcoming new tournament: Revival of Brawl: Battle of the God tiers.

joe sotomayor TAS means Tool Assisted Superplay. Basically they slowed the game down frame by frame so that they could play better than any normal human reasonably could because of reaction time, etc.
