Great lecture madam 🔥 but there are some small corrections - 1. 1st COAS- K M CARIAPPA , 1949 2.2nd COAS - SAM MANEKSHAW - 1969 3. 1st Field marshal - SAM MANEKSHAW 1973 4. 2nd Field marshal - K M CARIAPPA 1986 🤗

1) Section is headed by a Havaldar (NCO) 2) Sam Manekshaw were honored as 1st Field Marshal on 01/01/1973 and then K.M.Cariappa on 15/01/1986.

Your correction is wrong first things is maj gen is not rank of field Marshal rank general is become the field Marshal and second thing is first field Marshal is K.M.kariappa and second one field Marshal is Manekshaw

Sir you are the one who is wrong. KM CARIAPPA was not only the first field marshal, he was also the first chief of Indian Army. Whereas, sam manekshaw lead in the 1971 war. I hope you're clear👍

And as bhavyanshu mentioned, if we look the date of conferment of their rank to field marshal, maneksha was conferred in 1973 whereas cariappa in 1986
