After looking at 0:25 I just found out what is actually happening here. A beam from the light realm fuses with the energy from the dark realm to create balance.

This made me remember that galeem basically killed everyone and now Kirby is all that the universe has left, and if he should fail, everything was doomed to either be blinded by light of plunged into total darkness, and both have to be subdued to maintain balance

If you look closely you can see some sort of lightning in the background at the same time of these sounds, so I think they're more like thunder to represent the chaos of the Dark World.

I get that unsettling sensation, every time this portion of the stage occurs... Although I must emphasize, this version of Smash in the Smash series is.. kind of sad, due to its synopsis, in spite of the other modes it has.

Every finale destination (except Wii u ) had these points:space,wormhole,reality,Deep space. This finale destination background Is pretty Cool It seems like melee a bit like the tabuu stage and a bit like brawl the points are a bit different from the other smashes but This Is a regular final destination like 64, melee,brawl,3ds ONLY It looks realistic.

There is a parallel to be made between this animation and the Norse World Creation story of Ginnungagap where the [Ice] Realm and [Fire] Realm both influence the development of the our Earth. The "cubes" could represent pixels which would be the life-blood of our characters and @1:16 we can see them combining in a reflective sphere (maybe a planet?). And it all repeats. "Final Destination" is also "The First Destination" ?
