Question: Why don't they play any other of the stages like FD, Metal Mario stage, or BF if they don't have stage hazards and in the menu? Are they not legal yet?

While I myself am not into Competitive 64 I have heard that those stages you mentioned were modded into the game with 19XX meaning those who do not have that on their N64's cant practice at those stages making it unfair since those who do have it will have an advantage
