Mr.Z my guess is that chu did his up b to snap to ledge and maybe the game considered m2k's b as a 2 frame and therefore chu got his second jump back?

Yeah, if you watch frame by frame you see Chu start to go to ledge, but the invincibility didn't start. Therefore, he got his jump back since he was considered "on ledge" on the same frame he got hit.
