My fathers name written in 10th marksheet is Uttam Ughade but on my permanent obc caste certificate it is Uttam Kumar Ughade. There are some certain conditions like before 40 yrs of age Father should not be class A or class B officer. After 40 yrs of age Father can be Class A Or class B officer irrespective of his income. This is some of the criteria I have read. Is this right???

Bro Residential Address can be anywhere but Permanent Address that you fill has to be of the state from where you originally are. From that permanent address state you get Obc certificate and schooling from another state doesn't matter

Brother there are many criteria for different sections of people for being non creamy not just income. For example class C officers of govt jobs are non creamy even if their income is more.

Mera current domicile MP se hai par father ka native place UP hai aur obc caste paper bhi UP se bana hua h. To koi problem nhi hogi na address ko le kar? Kya form bharte waqt permanent address wo full karenge jo caste paper ne hai?
