@@abhishekkumaryadav1460 As far as I know, Creamy Layer (OBC) certificate means , certificate holder parents' income is over 8 lakh per annum, and he will not get benefitted much as compared to Non-Creamy Layer (OBC) certificate holder whose parents' income is below 8 lakh per annum, he will enjoy all education and other benefits of it. I hope I will help you🤗.

@@abhishekkumaryadav1460 You didn't ask how to get it, you wrote ( do you know about Non-Creamy Layer (OBC) certificate😅. let's forget all this.... If you want a Non-creamy layer certificate, your family income should be under 8 lakh per year(by default take 6 Lakh). And one of your family (blood relation(सगा) should have OBC(certificate Non-Creamy), by using his/her reference you can apply through your area's SDM.If you don't have any OBC certificate of your family, you can give residence proof in any form eg. Birth certificate of 1993, electricity bill with father's or mother's name, water bill, cylinder bill, and other documents( provide it should of before 8 sept. 1993).
