सर हमारे पास रोड है, और उसमे भी पूरी चढ़ाई है। शामको नही कर पाएंगे तो सिर्फ सुबह वाला रूटीन फॉलो करके 20 - 25 मिनट तक आ सकता है? अभी 30 मिनिट आ रहा है रोड पर। या हम शामको सिर्फ आपकी बताई कसरत कर सकते हैं क्या घर पर?
