Initially ur hands will be painful. But take gap between dictations and do basic strech exercises. Warm-up your hand before and after dictation.

Hi This is Chanakya, there is no need of making another video as it will become the same old wine in the new bottle. #Vansh Wadhwani bhai is giving all the necessary tips. So follow him. Just have faith in yourself and practice in cycles i.e., Do one transcription, and check it thoroughly to understand the number and types of mistakes. Practice all phrases and difficult words number of times as to get proficiency in those including the spellings. Then write that passage again and again minimum 4/5 times with higher speeds until you reach accuracy of 98% on that particular passage. This is one complete cycle of practising a transcription. Do this every day. One complete cycle takes 4-5 hours. Be consistent in preparation. Do practice 1 hour everyday rather than practicing 6 hours on weekends. Thats all My pockets are empty(no tips)

@@janagamachanakya4441 Thanku sir ( mine is 2019 attempt) sir problem with me is I completed my basics in march 2020, then I joined another steno class for speed but after one week lockdown happened and I had to go to my village. So didn't practice much for few months. But now I have exam on 22 December, then I am thinking just next day after my CBT, I will join a class for steno. So maybe skill will take 6 month minimum after CBT, so will I be able to get speed of 80 and then 100 if I give steno my most of the time after December exam??? Kindly tell your advice

Personally I did not went to coaching neither for basic nor for writing transcriptions as there is no shorthand coaching centre near by my village. Now you know basics of shorthand so do as I had mentioned in video and in my earlier comment

Bhai can you solve ? my exams are in March 28-30 I can't do steno more than 1:30 hours per day (1 exercise 3 times) is it fine or i should devote more hours in it ?

You need to tell me how much steno have you learnt? If you take 1:30 hours for doing only one exercise just 3 times then it's very slow.

Can you tell me how much times i should do 1 exercise per day and in how much hour ( I learnt steno from bani steno channel and Quora answers )

Oh then it is fine. Try to do a couple of exercises 3 times each. Dedicate a couple of hours if required for it
