"You can't expect someone to do something on a regular bases". What? Won't hire you then, it's a sign of laziness. I was in charge of changing the tapes everyday for 2 years. Not one day I forgot, because IT WAS IMPORTANT! Another engineer there would "forget", no he was just a lazy sod so couldn't be bothered.
