I remember in an old video with eric you gave a top 5 list of people to follow in the fitness industry. Has that list you provided changed since then? Just curious as you have had some very good guests in the last few months.

oh good question, and interestingly, not significantly, and the one obvious change I would make is putting Mike Israetel in there. I would probably still want to make place for someone who is not strictly a scientist but preacher the good message in an easy to understand way, like Mike Matthews.

Abel Csabai yes dude. With all the info on the internet it's hard as hell so I just try to use a few resources that I trust since I'm not a scientist. Helms and Lyle are my go to resources so I don't get overwhelmed.... cool to see you think the same bro!
