St Pats never relegated since joining the top tier of Irish football in the 1950s. A club which encapsulates the local community. The passion tonight reminded me of watching the English Premier league in the 1990s. When football was pure and full of characters. Tonight we had goals, drama and passion. A proper game of football. The clubs and players have made this no thanks to the corrupt FAI. In some ways I prefer it this way, not to grow and keep it as it is for the real fans.

I'm glad Pats came out on top, gowan the Saints, but what a game. It had everything, a great showcase for the League. Silly sending off at the end, there is no need for that stupidity
