Does Uganda want American success? Then you must adopt the American way of life. The American way of life is based on the U.S. Constitution and the American people living Christian based lives. America is a Constitutional Republic and the U.S. Supreme Court claims to have ruled on every possible case now. Christian values is following the 10 Commandments and treating other people as yourself want to be treated. It's not difficult really. So I would copy and paste the U.S. Constitution into a ballot after making the name changes and allow the people to vote on it. Then maybe one day Uganda could be the head of the African States of America. Its capital in Uganda where it all began. :) Ask President Trump about it. I am sure he would help.
