Ssemujju Nganda wants to tackle wasteful spending

Kira Municipality Member of parliament Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda says he intends to table a motion before parliament aimed at cutting excessive expenditure in all government institutions including the executive. Ssemujju told journalists at Parliament that the motion will help the country save money and use it in critical sectors given the fact that global financial institutions like the World Bank are reducing their support to Uganda.
