SSF2 Event #29 - The Power Of Random - 19.73 (Former WR)

The first SSF2 record to be achieved using RNG manipulation! I used a replay to get a consistent RNG seed, this one being particularly good (two sandbags, smash ball and Mushroom Kingdom III is almost perfect).
This only beats the previous record by 0.4s, it's insane how good that one was.
