You're welcome. Good luck with it. Just remember to breathe and embrace the IE, don't fear it. Your IC will walk you through the process, and he will assist you in any way that he or she can. They are their not only to pass or fail you, but to mentor you as well.

Are the IE evaluators SSI employees or another IT?

They are Instructor Certifiers that are independent of the specific training center conducting the ITC. They are one step higher than the IT. They are assigned by SSI for a given Evaluation.
