date data from csv 6/6/2020 as varchar to date using ssis's data coversion --> error: The column status returned was: "The value could not be converted because of a potential loss of data." tried to google it but no working solution yet?

Date Data-type should be DT_Date in Data Conversion and in SQL Server date column should have date data-type

Sir, I am transferring data from MS SQL to MSSQL where datatype of columns in NVARCHAR(MAX) and VARCHAR(MAX). It is not transferring due to data conversion issue.
