Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 occasionally gives characters great movesets and broken damage but unfortunately SSJ4 has a weak moveset but great damage so the only way to play him is to make his damage EVEN HIGHER with custom builds and fast high damage super to make him viable in the top of online!

SSJ4 vegeta is peak vegeta you can not convince me otherwise. Also fun fact: SSJ4 vegeta, gt vegeta, and Evo vegeta are the only vegetas that can guard cancel during their combos, them having different moveset than the other vegetas.

found out the UI Sign super soul isnt a 15% stamina boost but 30%. that’s ssb speed “I think I’m getting the hang of this” (Real Stats) [Always] Boost amount of Ki restored (M) 10% [When health is below 50%] Boost stamina recovery speed (XXXL) 30%

Flash strike connects after that ssg Vegeta move that activates pathetic, and that's honestly a good combo move as you can catch up and combo off of the knock back. And also like, burst stinger, it's good. Use it while dashing as a mix up, not many expect it, and it's range is deceptively big.

Blazing Attack is the move that activates the “pathetic” super soul

Blazing Attack-> Flash Strike -> Raid Blast. One of my favorite combos. High damage, hard to avoid, and inexpensive on ki. You can also sub in Super Explosive wave for Blazing attack and the combo still works great, it just costs one extra bar.

One time I did the backwards jump before a Masenko while someone did Raid Blast, and I actually KO'd them even though the attack still connected, so my character was in the animation of grtting hit by it during the slow-motion victory zoom, lol
