I love your videos! The slow gallop on the belgian warmblood is incredible, I can really see movement in the spine, very realistic. The other gaits are still stiff looking, but maybe that will be smoothed out a bit before release. I like the new western headstalls, however I do not like that star stable is adding more high leverage bits into the game. Those are the more controversial bits, since they have the power, due to their long shanks and greater leverage, to cause enormous pain and damage to the horse's mouth if used too harshly or if used improperly by a rider.

I love the bucking animation- since the Mustangs are the only ones who have it, and they need an update. I like the look of the tack too - I'd go as far to say as SSO have improved slightly.

Without looking at the video at all, I am respectfully disagreeing with what you say right now, why? Because. We have so many warm bloods already that haven’t been updated since the starter horse models have been updated. Other than that, there’s only been an abundance of horses/copy cat horses that either 1. Shouldn’t be in the game or 2. Could’ve used this model to update another warm blood that actually deserves an update. Until I see an old Gen 1 warm blood get updated, nah. They haven’t improved. I will edit this comment after I watched the video. Edit: Waited gaits from walk to jump: Hate them all except for the walk, maybe the trot, and the medium + fast gallop. The canter looks so uneven and the legs look broken. The fast stop looks like the horse has no idea how to collect itself without tripping over and idk what’s happening with the rear LOL. The model itself isn’t the best either and doesn’t do the Belgian warm blood any justice. Edit again at the end of the video: Okay! I love the colors except for the app one. Looks like it got dunked in gold n SSO said good enough. The other colors however are very nice. Do I think SSO improved? Heck no. My opinion hasn’t changed as SSO repeatedly pumps out overpriced ripoff horses, only producing one to two golden horses, and refuses to update preexisting horses because they want more ✨ money ✨. I don’t think SSO cares at this point. The only thing they’re good for is producing half assed horses and piss away the rest of the game. The game isn’t solely about horses. How about the adventure and discovering new areas? How about expanding the story quest even more and actually branching out instead of following the same story for a whole decade which got boring after the 6 year mark. I mean dang bro. Concorde is STILL a foal 10 years AFTER I started playing. Talk about ridiculousness. They advertise their game to be filled with adventure, promised safety and security (**cough** ambassadors don’t do shit and if anything make it worse as they are the reason a whole community nearly got wiped out), making items a bit more accessible or cheaper as they’re catering to a young audience that can’t make their own money/their parents won’t let them, and above all, all the time spent on the game for the oldies that have nothing left to do. They basically kicked us to the curb and our only “hey sorry we don’t give a shit about you” gift are new horses and new races. Nothing more and nothing less. End conclusions: No the game has not improved. This specific horse and any other new warm blood is a mockery to all the other warmbloods in the game that haven’t been looked at in over a decade. SSO continues to pump out horses to mask how unorganized, lack luster, boring, and unimpressive game they’ve created. The game itself has improved the smallest bit sure, but that’s what happens when you HAVE to improve it or else you lose your fan base.

SSO shouldnt be for younger audiences either, this game has far more potential as a 16+ game. They will and should continue to add horses. End conclusion: Stop bitching and get over it, you dont work for them, you have no idea what they are doing or planning or making for that matter. People like you are the reason smaller games get shit on and never make it any farther. you cant bully a dev to get what you want, ive been playing for over 6 years and have seen vast improvements in graphics, animations, art, environment, team and overall openness to listen to you people. If you dont like the game then move on, its that simple, find something else to complain about. FFXIV is $15 a month, no life time, a mount from their shop is $50 an outfit $20, base game $60, all expansions $40. You people have no idea how good you have it over here.

The animations fit the breed so well, BWs have huge personalities and their energy is almost endless and it shows amazingly with how there's that "Pop" of energy and sass in their animations. They know they're pretty and will show all who doubt XD I will admit I'm kinda scared to see the Tennesee Walker's animations given they could add the "Big Lick" aspect into it, which is a Highly Abusive/Exaggerated version of their natural gait they are known for... I'm kinda hopeful that they won't as when you look up TWs there is a lot of educational videos bringing awareness to the abuse people put them through, but we shall see..

I don’t think they’ll include any “big lick” stuff considering they had a piece on how racing thoroughbreds can be harmful to the horses and said that the Baroness’s racetrack did things differently (don’t remember exactly how but in a more ethical way according to what npcs said in the quest)

I really doubt that they will add the big lick into the Tennessee walkers. Big lick is one of the more obvious forms of animal abuse, so Star Stable sure as heck better have enough brains to know that it shouldn't be in a game. Who knows, they might even use the Tennessee walkers to spread awareness about big lick to help put an end to it. It is possible that they will add some sort of saddle-seat move, which could very well be controversial as there is often (but not always) abuse involved with saddle-seat.

i think the reason they are releasing more horses and cosmetics along with changing the map is because they want to fully update the game before they make any huge things on the quest line. dino valley is probably gonna be one of the most important areas for the quest line and if they dont update it along with characters and horses then the questlines would have to be changed, and they also probably cant do much until everything is updated because of their software.

Beautiful horse! I'm loving the idle animations and the special move. To me, it seems like a horse with a lot of spirit! The only thing I'm noticing is just a few wobbly bits on the horse as it moves. The jump from the full galop is very strange to me, it looks like it's very straight and flat from the POV. Other than that, I can't wait to see it in game! Super cool

Yes i agree. The walk-trot-canter still need to be made smoother and less stuff, same with the (any) canter to jump, plus the tail's physics during the jump don't make sense alot of the time

These new horses is very high-energy gaited showing Star stable’s new “Confidence” and definitely bring out their excited personalities on this horse. This horse will probably be used a lot in wild role plays and rider role playing a lot for their “wild horse” characteristics. Though it is a very detailed and beautiful horse the some coat coloring and less plain coats will be very nice, but amazing horse overall

I love these horses! There's just something different about them, almost like they were done in a whole new style. The way they move is incredibly realistic, and they look very lively. I especially like the extended canter/slow gallop, and the way the horse carries it's head in the fast gallop makes it look like it's anticipating to go over a jump, which I think is really cool. Once their animations are polished up, I think that they are going to look more realistic than any horse Star Stable has released before.

I love the model and coats and have been waiting for this video for soooo long, th animations are..... Concerning but they're definitely a big WIP still. I really love the rear and bucking for some reason but I do hope they will change the jump, they have made the Welsh ponies and arabians arch their backs too much when jumping which I didn't like at all but I hope they're gonna make a better jump,the gaits look reused for now but they're most definitely placeholders

The animations of the walk trot canter actually look smooth and realistic. Warmbloods tend to keep their head in a fixed position, so I praise the SSO creators for not making the body parts so wiggly.

i think i'm a harsh critic when it comes to the animation of horses.. especially in sso.. when i saw the first spoilers for this horse, i thought they were SO beautiful and i was stoked, since the animation team has been improving so much.. but yet again, the horse seems stiff, ESPECIALLY the neck, the horse looks like it's unbalanced.. gallop is usually the gait i like best (or the only gait that i like in the first place), because the horse stretches in a way it should.. all of that goes for most sso horses tho.. PLEASE SSO the neck is allowed to curve, they are horses not giraffes! the missing curve is probably also the reason as to why the neck seems a tad bit too short aswell. most belgian warmbloods are bred for sports, these guys are cute and goofy barn mates and not really giving me competition vibes, that i was hoping for so badly, because we hardly get english ridden and english competing warmbloods.. the tail looks better than the blocks we got before, now it looks like wobbly fingers or cooked spaghetti, which i prefer, but there's still room for improvement! i saw people saying that it's a "kids" game.. but sso knows that a big amount of players are adults and why would realistic looking horses be resented by children? i was a child when i first started playing sso and loved every horse that looked more and more realistic. they have the people. they have the time. they have the budget. on the upside tho? 850SC? love that price tag.. even tho i still find that to be a high price generally speaking but also have to keep in mind that they are still wips, so they might get changed a bit more, they still have a week after all lol

sadly I guess we need to wait for it, I want them too. but now that this warmblood got the special move the mustang gen 2 had I think gen 3 won't get it, but because of the paint and quarter which both have the spin, I have still hope

Unfortunately, SSO is in a weird place where a large portion of its fanbase are children who don't care about updating the old or fixing QoL (or if they do it's a low priority), they just want shiny new horses to spend their allowance on. That's not their fault either, they're kids, they shouldn't be expected to know a lot about game design or expected to have a nuanced take about it. New horses is simply where the money is, and I don't say that to condemn the SSO devs. The only solution I can think of is if the devs found a happy medium with their updates that balanced organizing the workload on new horses and everything else consistently, but considering that MMOs are perhaps one of THE hardest and MOST expensive games to make, and that SSO's dev team is only about 130 people (which, for an MMO, is like asking a singular person to develop Warcraft to where it is today with no help) AND that SSO is a fundamentally niche game... it'd take a miracle for them to have the resources to be able to pull that off.

Beautiful work by the SSO team. This horse seems very lively. In my opinion this will be a breakthrough breed for the game. I honestly don’t believe SSO has a proper, realistic, sport horse in-game currently. This one is the first! Seems like something we should’ve had long ago, but I’m glad it’s finally here.
