Hi! That's really a personal preference I think. We did not use any distress ink with ours, but if I had to choose I might pick a lighter shade, perhaps Antique Linen? Or maybe a light shade of pink or blue?

@@LuvsSno hi! I’m not Stephanie, I’m just another viewer who read your comment! I looked at the oxide pads that I have and swiped a piece of white cardstock over some of the pads that I thought might work…since I just bought but haven’t printed the kit yet, it’s a bit hard to tell, but possibly the milled lavender because it’s quite mild (but of course it’s a bit lavender). The Victorian velvet was my next try, but it’s a tiny bit brighter than I thought but possibly mixing in a bit of lost shadow (or that alone since it’s a very soft grey). Finally, tea stained might be okay if you could get a very light application. Good luck! Donna 😊😊😊

Hi! If you go to the very beginning, you can see each page tells you whether to print on paper or cardstock. Hope it helps!
