i used to transport puppies for my job it was fun for a while, but yeah i had to keep them in the carrier under the seat in front of me. i gave them ASAP a tube like food, which you give them one squirt pump in the mouth when you arrive to the airport then another just before you get on the plane, it is so they do not get sick in the plane. i would also get them some water so they would stay hydrated.

I found out that FedEx UPS and all use those big boxes for small items so they all fit nicely in the truck. And to open a pistachio with a small hole, use the shell of a nother pistachio to wedge it open.

Years ago my husband , son and I had moved into our new apartment. 2 days later we get hit with one of the biggest snow storms that had hit West Virginia in 10 years. We ended up with nearly 2 and a half feet of snow. We lost power for a week, they were actually taking people out of the complex and taking them to the fire department that was 1 minute down the road. So having just moved in we had gone to the grocery store and stocked up. I mean the fridge and freezer were both packed. We had spent nearly $300 at the store. Well when the power didn't come back on I started putting things in laundry baskets and totes. I then put them outside on the porch and packed them with snow. I didn't loose anything, everything stayed frozen and cold, hell the milk actually froze a bit. We ended up going to a hotel that was 20 minutes from us that had power and they were kindly only charging us $50 a night because of the situation. It was nice because I could actually walk from the hotel to my job. And if you drink pickle juice when you are coughing and it seems like nothing will make it stop, the juice will.
