If you could my Custom Hero for Bloons, you will have infinite power. He starts off as an ice wizard, Lv5, he can summon in a hurricane that covers the whole map, but can only use it per round. He sort of looks like a wizard monkey, but he looks sick in Lv10. He will look like a Wrath Monkey. Lv20, he just instantly pops everything for the round no matter what, but can only be used every 20 rounds.
