Aug will NEVER conform to using marching b's. That's one of the many things that maintain our identity. Most of our tubas are in fact beginners....

that's no excuse. last year we had to beginners on tuba and by the beginning of football season they were exceptional tuba players

Aug need to use those Baritone for concert season. them marching btones would give them a stronger lower brass. Edna Karr was small but sound good

I'll say Aug was the better band this time, Karr got them at alla last year, I look at it more than a "being loud" standpoint....Aug had some songs arranged better to me...Wet Dreams, Uptown funk were played great...I can go on but to me Aug won this time

Good job Eddie, Mel, etc. The Aug sounds really good...both bands will improve. Karr good for their size but maybe it was me but wet dreams is faster than it actually is..I don't know I could be trippin...both bands will be great this year
