Aircraft csan be designed to take off and Land vertically and fly like a normal aircraft.

Too bad they don't show takeoffs with their back to the water and having to clear the hill where the traffic circle is, the way we took off when we left the island

If you are gonna post/steal someone else's footage the lest you could do is give credit to the videographer and or company.
