That's a great shot at 2:12 and a nice play defensively. It's nice to see the kids celebrate making the 3rd out but with 2 outs it's better to go to 1st than to try and get the lead out at 2nd. But kids at 10 years old make mistakes sometimes.

Yes, we tell our kids to play as simple as possible and if 2B has decided that it will be better on the second base to SS, why not in this category ;-) But 1B will be better as I see it from distance :-)
