The bike rider was clearly riding a E-Powered bike (NOT PEDALING) and going pretty fast along the sidewalk and not using the street's bicycle lane. The car made a legal left turn and the bike rider traveling "very" fast clearly slammed into the car because he was not looking and speeding from the sidewalk. Your report suggests the fault was the driver's (obviously the police didn't see this video). It was NOT the driver's fault. You need to watch your own videos before providing an inaccurate report about an inaccurate police report. Watch the video. How the heck is the driver who is making a "slow," legal and proper turn expected to yield to a MOTOR bike traveling 25mgh from a sidewalk from behind them WITH another car in between them? The bike rider should be fined for speeding along a sidewalk and not slowing down in an intersection and sued for the damages of the ladies car. An E-Bike is basically like riding a motorcycle.
