Ajing is a specialised style of fishing that has gained a lot of recent popularity in Japan and Korea. It's using ultra light tackle targeting yellowtail (Aji) on lures such as soft plastics, minnows and jigs etc. Ajing doesn't limit you to just catching yellowtail, you will encounter a large range of species such as tailor, bream, flathead, trevally, pike, whiting and even pelagics.
