I prayed to St.Joseph of Cupertino when countless of exams and tests in my schools were upon me and I was not ready for them and all hope was lost, I was sure I was going to fail. I asked him to help me. My prayers were answered and I got 8 in most exams and failed in none. Even if everything seemed hopeless.

My reluctant Saint. Nobody can achieve true righteousness without humbleness and humility. Saint Joseph was praying alone in the church of "Assisi". satan appeared to him and started turning all the candle lights off. Saint Joseph was afraid, but kept on praying. Through GOD'S will, Saint Francis of Assisi came out of his tomb and turned all the candle lights back on. evil fled the church in a hurry. Saint Anthony of Padua and Saint Padre Pio of Pietrelcina, also carried an ounce of my GOD'S cross as penance for others. Must of us can't even carry our own cross !!!

Mist Bash Okay my friend, read what is listed and you should see why Catholics not only venerate relics but by default, value the intercession of the saints who live in glory and see the Living God face to face. can i ask, who is that saint who, when screening for new members in the church, he smelled the scent of the breath of the person. if he likes the smell of the person's breath, he was accepted and if the person's breath sucked even if the answer was good he didnt accept, who was that saint??

Guy, as Christians we believe that Christ died on the cross for us so that we have the option to choose eternal life after death. Saints etc are able to hear our prayers and bring them to God, and intercede on our behalf. Blessings,
