It's "Meh"- very basic and not so dreamy. Also it's technically not Free Free. If you win, you somehow need to come up with the tax money, which depending on your tax income bracket could be 20-30%. They will not sign it over without the money within I believe 10 days. I've been doing my research. There are a lot of stories of people winning but they never get the house because of this. In years past, you could choose to take some cash and give it back to the builder or take the home and pay the taxes. Not this year :)
