St. Louis County Police Memorial Ceremony 2023 - Tribute to Wayne B. McClelland

Each year, the St. Louis County Police Department takes time to honor our heroes who were killed in the line of duty. Our Memorial Breakfast and Plaza ceremony is a reminder of their sacrifice and our duty to ensure their legacy is never forgotten.
This year, we introduce you to Wayne B. McClelland. Detective McClelland was killed in the line of duty on April 17, 1975. This tribute was produced by his son and Department employee, Brian McClelland.
May he never be forgotten.
