I LOVE the way this turned out but I would have sppreciated seeing how you attached all of the pieces to the mesh. I'm a beginner and this is where I I need the most help! Thanks!

I hot glued these to the mesh. You can also hot glue pipe cleaners to your sign or decorations and attach them to the frame the same way you did the mesh. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.

Very nicely done. Isn't that green a strange shade?

Love this base! I agree, the colors of the second decoration look better. I would have left it together, and just attached it along one side like you laid it on to show us the colors. I like the rolled method, too! I'm not much of a 'poofy' crafter, but would use them to fill in a wreath, if needed.

Hi Jen! Just wanted to say a big thank you for the tutorial. My adult daughter and I each finished our wreaths tonight , and they are just beautiful. The fraying I was concerned about was no problem once the wreath was put together. Don't even notice it. Considering neither one of us has ever made a wreath or worked with deco mesh, we are very pleased! Will definitely do more of your wreaths!! Thank you again!!

Hi Jen. I just finished cutting mesh for one wreath and found it pretty challenging. Most pieces frayed quite a bit. I used an Olfa 45 mm rotary cutter (blade may be dull?) and a self-healing mat that I have used for cutting fabric only. Any suggestions? I have never worked with deco mesh until now.

I had some fraying, too. Try trimming and then spraying with E6000 spray.

Hey Jen...... I love your channel and had a question. I am going to make an Easter wreath for the first time and going to use white mesh for the puff method and then layer pink, purple, and blue using the bow method and curl method......don't ask me why I'm choosing this for my first wreath lol. I just wanted to know where I should get my supplies from?? I hate Michaels five minutes away and Hobby Lobby an hour and a half away. Is it worth the drive to Hobby Lobby or can I get a good deal at Michaels? I have never purchased mesh before so really lost. I would appreciate your advice and love your work :)

Have Michaels I mean!!!

Thanks for watching. I have found that my Michaels doesn't have a large color selection and is often sold out of various colors. I have had better luck at Hobby Lobby, with finding a variety and mesh in stock.

It's beautiful!! I think I can do this! Did you attach all your embellishments with hot glue?
@LosingItWithJen7 жыл бұрын
Thank you. Yes, I attached everything with hot glue.

Losing It With Jen Thank you for responding so quickly. Are you planning to do an Easter or spring wreath? I have found mesh at Hobby Lobby for one St. Patrick's Day wreath, but supplies sell out quickly here. Hoping you do an Easter or spring wreath soon so I can buy supplies early! No pressure! !
