🇻🇨St Vincent/Caribbean Curry Goat

Recipe for seasoning goat
2 lbs of goat
2 tablespoons of curry powder
green seasoning
paprika
salt
thyme
ground glove
ginger
onion
garlic
pepper sauce
half scotch bonnet pepper
For cooking
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
thyme
7.5 cups water 8 cups works as well(not 9.5 typo error)
1 medium potato
bell pepper
onion
Cook on medium low heat. measurements on seasoning depends on you but season it well. Total cooking time 2 hours 44 minutes
