Hey doc, I was wondering if maybe one day you could make a video for those of us that have bad habits (i.e stomach sleeping etc.) That teaches us how to start correcting the damage done by those bad habits and maybe teaches new habits or exercises we should practice? The tongue resting on the roof of the mouth greatly affects jaw posture. Can a tongue piercing interfere with the desired outcome for a patient with jaw problems? I really wish someone would be able to give some insight on this.
