Stability Initiative: Sustaining Catholic Education for Generations || Light of Christ Schools

Light of Christ Catholic Schools is announcing their Stability Initiative. The Stability Initiative is an 11-year strategic fundraising plan to become financially stable, so we can continue to offer the best Catholic education, with competitively paid employees, and affordable tuition for our families.
Light of Christ fundraises $4 million annually to keep our five schools running. $2 million a year is needed to cover loan payments that helped us build a new high school and complete renovations and additions at all of our schools. The other $2 million covers the costs to educate our students, not covered by tuition or parish contributions.
PHASE 1: Raise $12 million by December 31, 2022, which will be used to cover debt, helping balance the budget for the next four years.
PHASE 2: Create a $40 million endowment. Distributions from the endowment
will generate $2 million of steady, reliable annual income.
PHASE 3: Grow the endowment to $80 million. Distributions from the endowment will generate $4 million of steady, reliable annual income.
