Can we use this to cover cake before applying fondant?
@versatilecuisines Жыл бұрын
Chocolate Ganache can be used to cover the cakes under fondant. Ganache frosting (after whipping) can be used to design the cake in case if you are not using fondants.

Do you add the cream in hot melted white chocolate or do you let it cool down a bit?
@versatilecuisines Жыл бұрын
Heat up the cream a bit. Can microwave. The temperature of both need to be same. Adding cold cream to hot chocolate can make the chocolate curdle. Also mix it move while adding even if it appears sticking together to get the best results.

Sure. Please us posted how it turned out for you. May i know if you are using dairy whipped cream? That at times begin to weep sooner. So i would suggest you to use non-dairy ready to whip toppings.

Your description says "This tutorial is about how to stabilize Whip Cream. " but you're just making whipped white ganache.
@versatilecuisines2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the query and reaching out to us. The chocolate ganache is made from white chocolate and whipping cream. After refrigerating and whipping it, that is the stabilized form of whipped cream as well. The whipped white ganache that is referred here is the stabilized form of whipped cream at the same time. The title say "stabilized whipped cream | white chocolate ganache".

@@versatilecuisines frosting ganache can be used on donut as topping?🍩
@versatilecuisines Жыл бұрын
Chocolate Ganache is knownly used on donuts. However, as for the frosting, that is something subjected to trying. Due to the glaze of ganache, that makes it look more attractive. However, ganache frosting do have an awesome taste and i feel that would be a nice combo to try out.

I would be happy to assist. The one used in this recipe is a dairy whipped cream. Emborg whipping cream is used here.

Hi, how long does the piped swirls stay out of fridge in hot and humid weather?
@versatilecuisines2 жыл бұрын
It depends on the cream type u r using. The dairy cream is not much stable comparatively and better to be served as soon as made. The non-dairy whipping cream with higher fat contents maintain the state for a good period of time.
