I just wanted to thank you again for doing all these wonderful tatting videos. You are helping to save and pass on a beautiful fabric art form. I have all your videos bookmarked and this winter I am going to devout a lot of time to learning from you. Have a really great day!

I have to thank you for something unrelated to tatting. You had mentioed in one of your videos that oil could remove glue. My cat got her foot caught in a glue trap today. We used your oil advice and were able to clean off all the glue residue with some olive oil. Then we cleaned off the oil with warm water. Now my little "bag of sugar" as I call her is safe and happy again. Thank you so much!😊🐱

I am so glad I could help. I use oil to remove labels off glass and plastic items as well. It really does work. I am so happy it worked for your fur baby. I had to use it once on my fur baby to remove chewing gum out of her paw that someone had carelessly thrown on the ground and she stepped in it. It got up between the pads of her paw so I got out the oil and got the gum out without much stress to her at all. Then she got to have her playtime in the tub for a bath to get the oil off her. She loves water. We just can't stand our fur babies in a delima can we. :)

You are so right. Seeing these little innocents in trouble breaks the heart. She walked up two flights of stairs with the glue trap on! But because of your advice we were able to help her without exposing her to anything caustic. Thank you again and have a wonderful day!

Wow you wouldn't think why didn't you do something like tatting. Could cause something like that because most of the videos that I have watched you're just cruising right along in the soon to be not having any troubles at all but I will keep an eye on that because I don't need carpal tunnel and I will find some good hand exercises to do so thank you very much and you are such a wonderful person

Hi Trina. When you first start tatting you will have general aches and pains in the hands and wrist. It is because you are using muscles in those areas not normally used. Sort of like when you begin to work out and everything hurts. Then over time it goes away. You can do hand and wrist exercises to alleviate that pain. smooth hand movements and wrist movements. however should it continue then you may have aggravated some carpal tunnel symptoms you never knew you had at that point I would advise seeing a doctor about that. With that said I would say in about 3 weeks of tatting you should see massive improvements as the muscles get used to the rhythm of tatting you are using. I hope it does get better nothing like a bit of pain to take the fun away. Hope that helps you. Happy Tatting.
