I was referred to Stacie Orrico by a woman at the "Family Christian Store" in Ohio when I was 17 yrs old. A year or two later Destiny's Child did a show called "Diary" or the Diary of Destiny's Child and Kelly mentioned how much she loved Stacie Orrico, about 1 or 2 years later they tried crossing her over to regular music from Christian music, all I know is she sang a song off of her album A Beautiful Awaken and then I didn't see her anymore. As she got older her sound began to change ( not her voice, her voice is beautiful, her voice did not change just her sound) I don't care for Christmas at all, so I just listened to her older music. I still haven't heard her last album, I heard one song but wasn't very interested in it. I still Love Stacie though. 💖 Miss her so much!

I just saw the interview where Demi Lovato referenced this song, and I was blown away. It's not like I'm a super-fan of hers per-se (though I do think she is an extremely talented vocalist/performer), but I was blown away moreso because this very song was also a huge inspiration to me in my early teens. If I ever felt sad or lonely, it gave me strength to know that this is the power of God's love and that He can pull me out of anything life throws at me. So cool to know that she was also touched by Stacie Orrico! :)

Demi is such an amazing person , she is truly one of my biggest inspirations . A beautiful person inside & out I heard this song around the same time she went into rehab & it's been one of my favorites since then .
