STACK building RELEASED(accidentally)

It’s been here since dirwik release I think, it’s not new, I found this when outlands were able to traverse.

This is actually a building in between 2 districts. I believe it is called a transition building or smth, and there's one for downtown and stack near vestibule Also, this wasn't an accident

It was there for long and if u go to the biggest pipe it glitches and u fall infinitely for some reason i tried to report the bug but it was already reported
