There are pros and cons to each of them, and is perhaps one of those things which you'll have to go down to the units to judge for yourself. SkyVille has the better views, a more impressive sky garden, it's closer to amenities and the MRT as well. However, SkyTerrace does feel more exclusive as it boasts just having 4 units per floor while having what is arguably the better exterior aesthetics. Of course, those who want the greenery views should go for SkyVille. Between the two, which development would you go for and why? Share your thoughts in the comments below!

Hi, many thanks for the wonder review videos. I'm a big fan of the new perspectives you bring to light and educate us. I have been wondering.. Is there any gym nearby Skyville/Skyterrace? It's a great loss(and not preferred) by regular gym-goers like myself. Pls advise. Thanks.

​@@azferkarim Hey so sorry for the late response! Thank you for your kind words! It's true that it is a great loss as there're no nearby gyms. I believe this is one of the shortcomings of the location. To the north are the landed areas. To the south-east are the commercial zones where IKEA and cars are sold. There is the Queenstown Sports Stadium, and also Genesis Gym and F45 Training 👌

We just got our keys for Skyparc, we were told our MOP is 2 years later, in March 2023. As a SERS buyer, we need to fulfil 5 years from getting the keys or 7 years from signing the purchase agreement, whichever comes first.

I just went. Not as fantastic. Poor unit design, windows size , looks old. People walking around or sitting at the level 47 without mask. Smoking illegally. Level 36? Smells of urine.. think too many diff types of ppl staying there. Prime location but Margaret that’s coming up seem better in design but most likely not the views as it will be blocked if there’s future developments The way it’s designed, air flow not v gd IMO.... 1.3million is only for view but not for the flat design The whole Blk looks very old with the painting The stairs steps are small n bit high. , yet so near to the railing. Feel so cramp. The stairs are very badly designed n hopefully no one ever need them for fire escape The lifts are gd. They used fujitech and not those mic brands

Speaking about the competition, I think Sky Terrace is a better deal if you are able to get their double volume loft. These will be rare especially in Central.
