No, the cournot outcome will also be a Nash equilibrium for this game. The solution here provides just the subgame perfect equilibrium outcome. Please refer to Steven tadelis, Game theory: an introduction, chapter 8, section 8.3.2 for all the Nash equilibrium solutions for the Stackelberg game.
